The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Hydrazine Hydrate from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and France

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 32/2011 on 17 June 2011, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of hydrazine hydrate from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and France. The relevant tariff code is 2825 1010.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 17 June 2011, the anti-dumping measures against imports of hydrazine hydrate from Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States and France would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice Nos. 36/2005 and 94/2006 issued by the MOC. 3.For details of the final ruling and the price undertaking agreement of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC Nos. 215/2005 and 503/2006 dated 20 June 2005 and 14 December 2006 respectively.
