Commercial Information Circular No. 36/2011

The Mainland of China : Notice on Issues Concerning the Implementation of Supplement VII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement

In relation to the Supplement VII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Commerce recently promulgated a notice to announce certain issues including revising the "Supplementary Provisions on the Interim Measures of Administration of Joint Venture and Joint Cooperation Medical Institutions", which took effect on 1 January 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
