Mainland of China : "Interim Administrative Measures on Setting up Wholly-Owned Hospitals by Hong Kong and Macao Service Suppliers in the Mainland"
In relation to the Supplement VII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Commerce recently promulgated the "Interim Administrative Measures on Setting up Wholly-Owned Hospitals by Hong Kong and Macao Service Suppliers in the Mainland", which took effect on 1 January 2011.
