The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on 43 Items

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued a notice on 17 May 2011 concerning the material consumption rate for processing trade on 43 items, which will take effect on 15 July 2011.
