The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Environmental Protection Credit of Enterprises by the Dongguan Environmental Protection Bureau"

The Dongguan Environmental Protection Bureau has recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Administrative Measures on Environmental Protection Credit of Enterprises by the Dongguan Environmental Protection Bureau" for implementation starting 1 May 2011, which sets out the scope of enterprises covered by the Administrative Measures, evaluating indicators and procedures, and relevant supervision and administration. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
