The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Preferential Taxation Policies on Encouraging the Development of Software and Integrated Circuit Industries

The General Administration of Customs issued a notice concerning the preferential taxation policies on encouraging the development of software and integrated circuit industries, which took effect on 12 May 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).
