Mainland of China : Notice Concerning "Administrative Measures on the Central Financial Incentive Fund on the Elimination of Backward Production Capacity"
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) , the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Energy Administration has recently issued the Notice Concerning "Administrative Measures on the Central Financial Incentive Fund on the Elimination of Backward Production Capacity", which sets out the eligible industries, as well as the criteria and standards for the projects supported by the Incentive Fund, etc. A copy of the notice is attached at
