The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Management Regulations of Inspection and Quarantine Supervision on Import and Export of Food Additives

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued a notice concerning the management regulations of inspection and quarantine supervision on import and export of food additives, which will take effect on 1 June 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).

2.For details of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 111/2009 dated 3 March 2009 and CIC No. 380/2009 dated 27 July 2009. For details of the "Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations, please refer to CIC No. 133/02 dated 18 July 2002 and CIC No. 375/2005 dated 16 September 2005.
