The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Chloroprene Rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 21/2011 on 9 May 2011, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union. The relevant tariff codes are 4002 4910 and 4002 4990.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 10 May 2011, the anti-dumping measures against imports of chloroprene rubber from Japan, the United States and the European Union would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice Nos. 23/2005 and 49/2010 issued by MOC. 3.For details of the final ruling and the ruling on the mid-term review of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC Nos. 162/2005 and 399/2010 dated 10 May 2005 and 2 September 2010 respectively.
