The Economic and Information Commission of Guangdong Province (GDEIC) issued the "Notice Concerning Work Plan on Breakthroughs in the Restructure and Upgrade of Industries in the Guangdong Province" on 26 April 2011, which sets out key tasks and specific implementation measures for cities and relevant departments.
