The Economic and Information Commission of Guangdong Province issued the "Notice Concerning Application for Demonstration Enterprises of Upgrading and Restructuring in Competitive Traditional Industries in the Guangdong Province" on 11 April 2011, which sets out the application requirements, as well as the application and assessment procedures.
