The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-Dumping Investigation against Imports of Caprolactam from the European Union and the United States

The Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of caprolactam from the European Union and the United States on 22 April 2010. The relevant tariff code is 2933 7100. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 180/2010 dated 28 April 2010.

DETAILS

2.The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 12/2011 dated 15 April 2011 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 6 months to 22 October 2011.
