The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Regulations on Safeguarding the Implementation of 'the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta (2008-2020)' of Guangdong (Draft)"
The People's Congress of Guangdong Province is seeking public comments on the "Regulations on Safeguarding the Implementation of 'the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta (2008-2020)' of Guangdong (Draft)". Interested parties may send their comments to the Social Legislation Division, Commission of Legislative Affairs of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangdong Province (address: 64, Zhongshanyi Road, Guangzhou, postcode: 510080; email: shfgc@gdrd.cn; fax : 020-3786 6804). According to the system for draft legislation consultation of the website of the People's Congress of Guangdong Province (http://210.76.65.79:8887/Collecting.aspx), the deadline for collecting comments is 30 May 2011 and comments could also be submitted through that website. A copy of the Draft is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
