The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Potato Starch from the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 16/2011 on 18 April 2011, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of potato starch from the European Union. The relevant tariff code is 1108 1300.

DETAILS

2.According to the ruling, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of potato starch from the European Union would be adjusted to 12.6%-56.7% with effect from 19 April 2011.
