The
Mainland of China : Termination of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Bioriented Stretching Polyester Film (BOPET) from the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced on 28 May 2010 that the anti-dumping measures against imports of bioriented stretching polyester film (BOPET) from the Republic of Korea would expire on 28 December 2010. Since domestic enterprises representatives withdrawn their application for a review and the MOC has considered not to initiate a review, MOC issued Notice No. 96/2010 on 28 December 2010 announcing that the anti-dumping measures against imports of bioriented stretching polyester film (BOPET) from the Republic of Korea would be terminated with effect from 28 December 2010.
