The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Pilot Policy on Duty-free Shopping for Visitors Leaving Hainan Province

The Ministry of Finance issued a notice concerning the pilot policy on duty-free shopping for visitors leaving Hainan Province, which will take effect on 20 April 2011. For details, please refer to a copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) at Appendix (pdf format).
