The
Mainland of China : Supplementary Provisions (III) to the "Administrative Measures on Foreign-invested Enterprises Engaged in Distribution of Books, Newspaper and Periodicals"
In accordance with the Supplement VII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement signed between the Mainland and Hong Kong, the General Administration of Press and Publication and the Ministry of Commerce have recently promulgated the "Supplementary Provisions (III) to the Administrative Measures on Foreign-invested Enterprises Engaged in Distribution of Books, Newspaper and Periodicals" (the Supplementary Provisions). A copy of the Supplementary Provisions, which took effect on 1 January 2011, is attached at
Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
