The Mainland of China : Supplementary Provisions (II) to the Administrative Measures on Chinese-Foreign Contractual Joint Venture Enterprises on Distribution of Audiovisual Products

In accordance with the Supplement VII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement signed between the Mainland and Hong Kong, the General Administration of Press and Publication and the Ministry of Commerce have recently promulgated the "Supplementary Provisions (II) to the Administrative Measures on Chinese-Foreign Contractual Joint Venture Enterprises on Distribution of Audiovisual Products" (the Supplementary Provisions). A copy of the Supplementary Provisions, which took effect on 1 January 2011, is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
