The Mainland of China : Provisions on Administrative Enforcement Procedures against Monopoly Pricing

The National Development and Reform Commission has recently promulgated the "Provisions on Administrative Enforcement Procedures against Monopoly Pricing", which will take effect on 1 February 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
