The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated on 31 December 2010 the revised "Measures on Lump-Sum Compensation to Injuries and Death of Illegal Employing Units" (the Measures), which took effect on 1 January 2011. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
