Commercial Information Circular No. 158/2011

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Prohibition on the Production of Benzoyl Peroxide and Calcium Peroxide and their Usage in the Production of Flour

The Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the State Administration of Grain and the State Food and Drug Administration jointly issued a notice to prohibit the production and sale of benzoyl peroxide and calcium peroxide, and their usage in the production of flour, which will take effect on 1 May 2011.
