Mainland of China : Public Consultation on Regulations including the "Provisions on the Administration of Publication Market"
The General Administration of Press and Publication has issued a notice recently to seek public comments on the consultation drafts of the revised "Provisions on the Administration of Publication Market", "Administrative Measures on the Subscription of Imported Publications" and "Administrative Measures on Import of Audio-visual Products". The deadline is 4 March 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at
Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
