Commercial Information Circular No. 129/2011

The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Enterprise Annuities Fund"

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission jointly promulgated a notice on 12 February 2011 to announce the revised "Administrative Measures on Enterprise Annuities Fund ", which will take effect from 1 May 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
