Commercial Information Circular No. 102/2011

The Mainland of China : Issues Concerning the Anti-dumping Case on Imports of Polycaprolactam from the United States, the European Union, Russia and the Taiwan Province

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued Notice No. 7/2011 on 30 January 2011 to announce that in view of the adjustment of the tariff code of polycaprolactam to 3908 1012 in the 2011 edition of "Customs Imports and Exports Tariff of the People's Republic of China", importers should declare the commodity code as 3908101200 for imports of polycaprolactam; and other issues concerning the levying of anti-dumping duty on imports of polycaprolactam should be continued in accordance with GAC Notice No. 27/2010.
