The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Dispersion Unshifted Single-Mode Optical Fiber from Japan and the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 92/2010 on 31 December 2010, announcing the ruling of the final review on the anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from Japan and the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code is 9001 1000.

According to the ruling of the final review, with effect from 1 January 2011, the anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from Japan and the Republic of Korea would be continued for 5 years in accordance with the Notice No. 96/2004, Notice No. 19/2008 and Notice No. 36/2009 issued by MOC.
