Commercial Information Circular No.64/2010

The Mainland of China : "Notice Concerning Compiling and Providing the List of Enterprises Engaging in Processing Trade with Supplied Materials"

The Science, Industry, Trade and Information Technology Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (SZSITIC) promulgated on 27 January 2010 the "Notice Concerning Compiling and Providing the List of Enterprises Engaging in Processing Trade with Supplied Materials". The market supervision department of the Shenzhen Municipality will issue retrospectively business registrations and business licences for qualified enterprises engaging in processing trade with supplied materials. In this connection, the SZSITIC will compile and ascertain the list of enterprises engaging in processing trade with supplied materials by 5 February 2010. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
