The
Mainland of China : Notice from the Ministry of Commerce Concerning
Allocation of Quota for Exports of Flour and Related Products to
Hong Kong and Macao in the First Half of 2011
The Ministry of Commerce
issued a notice announcing the names of enterprises and their respective
allocation of quotas for exports of flour and related products to Hong
Kong and Macao in the first half of 2011. According to the notice, the
relevant quotas are for the exclusive use of exports to Hong Kong and
Macao, and the enterprises concerned are not permitted to re-export the
products subject to export quotas to other countries or regions by any
means. Full text of the notice is attached at Appendix
(pdf format) for reference.
