Commercial Information Circular No. 615/2010

The Mainland of China : Applicable Customs Commodity Code (2010 Version) for the Catalogue on Administration of Waste Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products (First Batch)

The National Development and Reform Commission, the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of the Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly promulgated on 21 December 2010 the "Applicable Customs Commodity Code (2010 Version) for the Catalogue on Administration of Waste Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products (First Batch)", which will take effect from 1 January 2011. A copy of the notice and the annex thereof are attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
