The General Administration of Customs (GAC) promulgated on 3 December 2010 "The Decision of General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China on Commodity Classification (Decision of World Customs Organization on Commodity Classification from 2009 to 2010)", which took effect from the date of promulgation.
