Commercial Information Circular No. 455/2010

The Mainland of China : "Notice Concerning Inspection on Electroplating, Printing and Dyeing Enterprises", and "Notice Concerning Application by Highly Polluting Enterprises to Remain at the Same Location" in Dongguan 

The Environmental Protection Bureau of Dongguan issued the "Notice Concerning Inspection on Electroplating, Printing and Dyeing Enterprises", and the "Notice Concerning Application by Highly Polluting Enterprises to Remain at the Same Location", which respectively announced the inspection on all electroplating, printing and dyeing enterprises in Dongguan, and that eligible highly polluting enterprises could apply for remaining at the same location before 10 November 2010, otherwise they would have to close down or relocate to approved specialized environmental protection bases. Copies of the notices are attached at Appendix I and Appendix II (pdf format) for reference.
