Commercial Information Circular No. 441/2010

The Mainland of China : Products Newly Added to the Catalogue of Prohibited Products for Processing Trade

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs (GAC) jointly promulgated Notice No. 63/2010 (the Notice) on 28 September 2010 to announce the adjustment of the catalogue of prohibited products for processing trade by adding 44 ten digit tariff code items to the catalogue, which will take effect on 1 November 2010. The administration of prohibited products for processing trade shall still be implemented in accordance with the Notice No. 37/2009 promulgated by MOC and GAC and relevant existing rules and regulations. A copy of the Notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
