The Mainland of China : Pilot Run of Temporary Retention of Customs Declaration Documents by Enterprises

The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 30 August 2010 to announce the pilot run of temporary retention of customs declaration by enterprises, which took effect on the day of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
