Commercial Information Circular No. 407/2010

The Mainland of China : Deepening of Reform on Customs Clearance by Classification

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) promulgated a notice on 27 August 2010 announcing the "Deepening of Reform on Customs Clearance by Classification", which took effect from the date of promulgation. Notice No. 33/2009 of the GAC was repealed at the same time. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
