The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on 36 Items

The General Administration of Customs (GAC) and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued a notice on 30 July 2010 concerning the material consumption rate for processing trade on 36 items, which will take effect on 20 September 2010.
