The Mainland of China : "Interim Measures on Administration of Special Funds for Energy Conservation and Clean Production in Dongguan"
The Dongguan Municipality has recently promulgated the "Interim Measures on Administration of Special Funds for Energy Conservation and Clean Production in Dongguan" ("Interim Measures"), which took effect from the date of promulgation to 31 December 2010. The "Interim Measures" sets out the funding targets, scopes and standard, and application procedure and assessment of the special funds for energy conservation and clean production, etc. A copy of the "Interim Measures" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
