The Mainland of China : "Application Guide for Consultation on Upgrade and Restructure for Hong Kong-invested Enterprises" and "Application Guide for Special Fund on Restructure and Upgrade for Processing Trade Enterprises in Dongguan"
The Dongguang Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (DGBOFTEC) has recently issued the "Application Guide for Consultation on Upgrade and Restructure for Hong Kong-invested Enterprises" and the "Application Guide for Special Fund on Restructure and Upgrade for Processing Trade Enterprises in Dongguan", which set out the catagories, criteria and procedure for the applications, etc. The two "Application Guides" can be downloaded from the website of the DGBOFTEC at: http://www.dgboftec.gov.cn/.
