Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Potato Starch from the European Union
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 22/2010 on 19 April 2010, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of potato starch from the European Union. DETAILS

The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 April 2009 – 31 March 2010, and the scope of investigation is the normal value, export prices and dumping margin of the imports of potato starch from the European Union. Interested parties may submit written comments to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 19 April 2010).
