The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Confirming the Key Municipalities for Restructure and Upgrade of Processing Trade

The People's Government of Guangdong Province issued a notice on 12 April 2010 to confirm Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan as the key municipalities for restructure and upgrade of processing trade. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
