The Mainland of China : Supplementary Notice Concerning the Interim Measures on the Administration of the Special Capital for Restructure and Upgrade of Processing Trade Enterprises in Dongguan

The Dongguan Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation has recently issued the "Supplementary Notice Concerning the Interim Measures on the Administration of the Special Capital for Restructure and Upgrade of Processing Trade Enterprises in Dongguan", which announces the expansion in the area and scope of sponsorship and adjustments of certain measures, etc. The implementation period of the notice is 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2011. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
