The Mainland of China : Decision on the Amendments to the Interim Measures of the People's Republic of China Customs Bonded Harbor Area
The General Administration of Customs has recently announced to revise "import and export trade, including enter pot trade" in Clause 2 of Article VIII of the Measures into "international enter pot trade" in the "Interim Measures of the People's Republic of China Customs Bonded Harbor Area", which will take effect from 1 May 2010. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
