The
Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of
Dispersion Unshifted Single-Mode Optical Fiber from Japan and
the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce
(MOC) issued Notice No. 107/2009 on 31 December 2009, announcing the initiation
of review of anti-dumping measures against imports of dispersion unshifted
single-mode optical fiber from Japan and the Republic of Korea. The relevant
tariff code is 9001 1000.
DETAILS

For anti-dumping
investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade
for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping
within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 31 December 2009).
In the application, interested parties should submit information about
the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the
Mainland and other markets during 1 October 2008 - 30 September 2009.
For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the
Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation
within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application,
interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing
capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion
plans during 1 January 2005 - 30 September 2009. The contact details
