The Mainland of China : Issues Concerning Further Regulations on the Declaration for Imports of Grape Wine

The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 15 March 2010, announcing issues concerning further regulations on the declaration for imports of grape wine, which will take effect on 1 April 2010. The relevant tariff code is 2204 2100. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
