Mainland of China : 2010 Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Export Licensing
Administration
The
Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs have
recently issued Notice No. 125/2009, announcing the "2010 Catalogue
of Commodities Subject to Export Licensing Administration", which
took effect on 1 January 2010. Copy of the notice is attached at Appendix
(pdf format) for reference. Its annex can be downloaded from the website
