The
Mainland of China : Catalogue of Dual-Use Items and Technologies Subject
to Export Licensing Administration
The Ministry of Commerce
(MOC) and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued Notice
No. 120/2009 on 31 December 2009, announcing the "Catalogue of Dual-use
Items and Technologies Subject to Export Licensing Administration",
which took effect on 1 January 2010. A copy of the notice is attached
at Appendix (pdf format)
