The Mainland of China : 2010 Catalogue of Products Subject to Automatic Import Licensing
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs have recently issued Notice No. 109/2009, announcing certain amendments to the 2010 Catalogue of Products Subject to Automatic Import Licensing, which took effect on 1 January 2010.
