The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Tax Reduction and Exemption for Import and Export Goods by the Mainland Customs"
The General Administration of Customs (GAC) recently promulgated certain legal documents and report forms relating to the "Administrative Measures on Tax Reduction and Exemption for Import and Export Goods by the Mainland Customs", which took effect on 1 February 2009.
