The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued a notice on 1 February 2009 promulgating the revised "Administrative Measures on Prohibited and Restricted Technology Import", which will take effect 30 days after promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
