The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Measures on Peasant Workers' Participation in the Basic Pension" and "Interim Measures on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Pension Relationship for Urban Enterprise Employees"
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is seeking comments on the "Measures on Peasant Workers' Participation in the Basic Pension" and "Interim Measures on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Pension Relationship for Urban Enterprise Employees" (Appendix (pdf format) ). Interested parties may send their comments by email (yanglbxs@mohrss.gov.cn), or directly to the Department of Pension of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (postal code: 100716), or reflect to the local provincial bureau of human resources and social security. The deadline is 20 February 2009.
