The Mainland of China :
Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of 1,4-Butanediol from Saudi Arabia and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 106/2009 on 24 December 2009, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of 1,4-butanediol from Saudi Arabia and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 2905 3990.
DETAILS

The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of 1,4-butanediol from Saudi Arabia and the Taiwan Province, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 4.5% to 13.6% on imports of 1,4-butanediol from the above regions. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 25 December 2009. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at:
