The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Adipic Acid from the United States, the European Union and the Republic of Korea

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 78/2009 on 1 November 2009, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of Adipic Acid from the United States, the European Union and the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code is 2917 1200.

DETAILS

  1. The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of Adipic Acid from the the United States, the European Union and the Republic of Korea, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 5.0% to 35.4% on imports of Adipic Acid from the above regions. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 2 November 2009. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at:
